The process of wine making.

First you must plant grape seed to have a vineyard. Once fully grown you must harvest. Then in order to extract the flavour and aroma you must chop, crush and boil the grapes. After that you must add sugar, acid, nutrients and yeast but in the right proportions to accomplish fermentation. A second fermentation is necessary, after taking out the pulp. When wine is clear and fermentation has stopped, put the wine in bottle and cork securely. Then according to the type of wine you must let it age from six months up to years or tens of years. It is then ready to be drunk.

Bar Of The Year

Good news !
After a short presentation of myself, I am going to make you discover a very nice place in Grenoble. And more precisely a bar in this beautifull city!
This bar is called the “Tordboyaux”. It is a very lively bar where the manager chooses to put music so that people can dance. But the best part of this place, it that its specificity is flavoured wine, whether it be litchi, pear, peach you are bound to find a flavour you like. If you are interessed in going to this bar it is situated near “Notre Dame” in Grenoble, which is not far from Victor Hugo. You really should go and pay a visit to this place, if you are wanting to spend a good time.

Who am I ?

Hello!
My name is Benoit, let me introduce myself. I am 20 years old and live in Grenoble although I spent nearly all my life in Metz, were I was born. I have an older brother whose name is Thomas he is 22, we are very close. In my spare time I enjoy playing squash or going golfing. I like listening to music, all kinds, but what I enjoy overall is hanging out with my friends. I go to an engineering school called phelma, there I study science. Later on, when I get my diploma, I would like to work in the field of biotechnology.
I will keep you updated from time to time.
