The process of wine making.

First you must plant grape seed to have a vineyard. Once fully grown you must harvest. Then in order to extract the flavour and aroma you must chop, crush and boil the grapes. After that you must add sugar, acid, nutrients and yeast but in the right proportions to accomplish fermentation. A second fermentation is necessary, after taking out the pulp. When wine is clear and fermentation has stopped, put the wine in bottle and cork securely. Then according to the type of wine you must let it age from six months up to years or tens of years. It is then ready to be drunk.
